Primary education in the Vidyalaya is being imparted as per the instructions given in the handbook for primary classes. For this we have an activity room in our Vidyalaya . Stress is laid on activity based learning. This helps the pupil to learn the lessons in an interesting and effective manner.
The activity room is well equipped with pictures, drawings, charts of different dresses, dances & festivals of India .

Maps models , science models and project works prepared by the children which fills them with a sense of pride.For Maths we use mathematics kit. The concepts of geometrical shapes and knowledge of different types of flowers and trees are imbibed by the students through well maintained gardens, decorated with fountain. Activity room contains OHP, Tape recorder, educational cassettes of fairy tales, Nursery rhymes, conversation, fun with A ,B,C,D , Multiplication tables besides some educational CDS.

Keeping in view EVS related programme . pupils are taken in to the fields where they see different varieties of crops and soils. Children are given practical knowledge by taking them to post office. They see how the dak is sorted by the postman and learn their distribution system. They were taken to the railway station of Dappar. In the village they saw potters wheel bringing out various utensils & pots. Nahar factory was visited by the students to see the manufacturing of yarn and cloth. Milk plant was also visited by the students of class IV & V.
