A Meeting of the Vidyalaya Management Committee was held in the Computer lab on 20.03.2009 at 11.00 a.m. under the Chairmanship of Col.V. Abraham, Commandant, AD, Dappar and Chairman, Vidyalaya Management Committee. Following members were present:

6. Smt. Sunita Gusain : PGT(Hindi) & Sr. most teacher
7. Smt. Chanderkanta : PRT, Teacher member
8. Smt. Sushma Chaudhary : Principal, KV, AD, Dappar
& Member Secretary.
Smt. Sushma Chaudhary, Member Secretary welcomed the Chairman and the other members.
Agenda-wise discussion and decision is as under:
1. Functioning of Flood lights/Street lights around the School Building :
Sh. Balbir Singh, JE, MES was instructed to take action and he assured to do the same.
2. Civil and Electrical repair of Vidyalaya:
The MES authorities was instructed by the Chairman(Station Commandant, AD, Dappar) to carry out the repairs of staff toilet and do the electrical work required in the Quarters used for labs at the earliest and they assured to do the same in the next minor repair work.
3. Sanction of Budget Estimate-2008-09 of VVN.
The Budget estimate 2008-09 of VVN was presented before the Committee and the Chairman approved the same.
4. Temporary Fencing :
The Chairman promised all possible support for the same.
5. Regarding Progress of Transfer of land for Vidyalaya Building:
The Chairman stated that preparation of lease agreement and convening of BOOs is under process.
- Formation of select Panel for all categories of teachers on Part-time Contractual
Basis.
97 candidates appeared for interview and the select panel for PGTs(Hindi, Maths, Commerce, Comp. Science), TGTs(Hindi, English, Maths, S.Studies, Science, Sanskrit), Primary teachers, Computer Instructor & Spoken English prepared.
The Chairman took a round of the building to see the repair work and directed the authorities to complete the remaining work at the earliest and promised all sorts of guidance and support for further development and progress of the Vidyalaya |
